Instituto SENAI de Inovação em Sistemas Embarcados

The SENAI Innovation Institute for Embedded Systems (ISI-SE) operates as both a technology developer and an ecosystem orchestrator for the New Space economy. Its core competencies include embedded systems, artificial intelligence, geointelligence, remote sensing, image processing, edge computing, autonomous systems, and the integration of space and ground-based platforms. The institute conducts research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) projects for both upstream and downstream space applications, including satellites, communications, Earth observation, environmental monitoring, agriculture, energy, and civil defense. Complementing its technological activities, ISI-SE leads ecosystem development initiatives through the Artificial Intelligence and Geointelligence for Industry Cluster, fostering collaboration among companies, startups, universities, research and technology organizations, and government entities to accelerate innovation, talent development, and the creation of new business opportunities within the Brazilian space sector.
